High above sea level we look at the beautiful view below us. We see how blue the water in the bay is and how blue beyond the bay the water is. As we start to walk towards to the sea we come across many beautiful scenes of beauty throughout our walk.
We see a foot path in front of us leading us closer to the bay. The path is windy as it leads us downhill in our journey. The view is breathtaking as we venture on the path. We see that that on the left side of the path we see the bay. On the right side of the bay we see that there is a meadow with many different types of flowers growing there.
We see yellow buttercups and wild roses along the trail along with some honeysuckle bushes. The yellow buttercups are large and have a deep yellow color to them. The wild roses are a deep pink and you can smell the scent of them as you walk by the roses. As we travel further down the path we come to an area where we have a view of an inlet in the bay. You see that there are people paddling thier kayacs and you can hear their voices of pure joy as they paddle along the inlet.
We stop to watch them paddle along the inlet and are amazed at the speed in which they are traveling. Walking along the path once again we come to an area of the field where there is a fence made of old stones . We stop to sit at the stone wall and feel the peace of being there. We look at the time and see that need to start to go back to our starting place, As we travel along the path we see that no one is with us, yet we hear the songs of the birds high up in the trees. As we get closer to the large evergreen tree we see that beyond this tree there is a crow perched on a tree that is bare of leaves ,looking down over the inlet and also as I am getting closer I get the feeling he is also keeping an eye on us also.
We stand very quietly watching the crow as he peers over the inlet, watching to see if he will make his move, as he watches the activities all around him. As we walk along the path we see that we are getting closer to our starting place. We see the cars and the fence and know we are almost there. As we get to the top of the hill we look down over the view of the beauty for before and are glad to be back so we can enjoy the beauty of what we are seeing on this beautiful day.

The day is a very warm, bright sunny day.
We are sitting on our front step and we decide to go for a walk down a path, very close to where we are.
We see that the path is made of white stones. As we are walking down the path, we notice that there is a brook following the path.
The path seems to be getting steeper and we notice that the brook is getting wider, turning into a small pond. We notice there is a slight upgrade and that it is becoming steeper, as we go around the bends of the path.
Up ahead, we can hear the sounds of water, splashing ever so loudly. To our right, is another path, that appears very narrow, yet passable for all to walk down.
We follow this path and we notice the sound of the water, splashing getting louder, the farther we walk, down the path. We turn a bend and we start to notice beautiful flowers growing wildly along our path.
We finally make our last turn and before is a beautiful waterfall, flowing every so quickly into the pond. We notice the beautiful red and purple flowers hugging the edge of the pond.
We see a bench, by the shore and sit there on the bench, contemplating our options, for the issues at hand. Sitting there we can hear the songs of the birds, and the buzzing of the bees and the splashing of the fish, jumping in and out of the pond.
As we walk around the pond, we see that there is a cleared area, close to the edge of the pond. We walk to the water, put our feet into the water. The water is very cool, yet very refreshing. We walk a little further, and we feel the spray of the waterfall, on our face. Standing in the water, out in the warm sun we decide to walk back to our bench.
We sit there, letting the warm sun, dry us completely. Looking at the time, we decide that is time to start back on the narrow path, to the path with the white stones.
We pass the red and purple flowers and we pass the birds and the bees dancing from flower to flower. When we come to the white stoned path, we walk quickly down the path and notice the pond turning into a fast moving brook. We finally reach the end of the path and we walk to our yard and go inside into our home.
We close the door and take the cloak down off of the hook and wrap the coat arounds us ever so tightly around us. To protect us and to keep us from harm. We count from 12-1 sealing each number with a golden cross. We are now done with our meditation.
This meditation is good to use whenever you feel the need to sit and relax for a few minutes. This will help you to center yourself, in experiencing some clarity for youself.
